Kona Brewing at Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee
A total space rebrand from the old Leinenkugel bar to Kona Brewing’s Big Wave Beer.
Working with established brands is a great opportunity to push the envelope while still keeping the space recognizable. Kona Brewing is deeply rooted in its Hawaiian culture. Through that I was able to pull out elements that were not necessarily in the brand book, but fit into their overall style and brand goals.
Through simple elements, like painting stone to mimic lava rock and incorporating rattan and wood finishes, I was able to bring a bit of Hawaii into the heart of Milwaukee.
